DO believe the title says it all, LOL! So here we go:

1. What did you eat for breakfast?
Bran flakes topped with a mix of blueberries blackberries raspberries and strawberries and a shop prepared “Innocent Fruit Smoothie” and tea

2. How much water do you drink a day?
at least 12 glasses

3. What is your favourite workout?
Coleen Nolan’s Neon Workout 3x 20 mins of sheer aerobic fun

4. What is your favourite fruit?
At the moment it’s mango tomorrow it’ll be something else- I’m very fickle

5. What is your favourite vegetable?
Broccoli but that changes with the wind too LOL

6. How many calories do you burn a week?
Approx 2700 on an average week but at the mo it’s more as I’m decorating; stripping walls, moving furniture.

7. How many calories do you eat a day?
Between 1200 and 1550 is my calorie range but I eat over that because of increased cardio

8. What are your favourite healthy snacks?
Fruits or nuts
9. What do you usually eat for lunch?
A sandwich on whole wheat seeded bread and fruit or a salad with feta cheese and pine nuts or a fruit salad smothered in a cholesterol reducing (so it claims) fruit yogurt.

10. What is usually for dinner?
Usually fish with salad or hot veg and rice or chicken- but it’s always a healthy option.

11. What is your favourite body part to strength train?
My core

12. What is your least favourite body part to strength train?
My feet (yes I even work those LOL)

13. What is your least favourite exercise?
Foot strengthening exercise; I have trouble balancing when doing it although I’m improving

14. What is your favourite exercise?
Anything with dumbbells or my multigym and I love working up a sweat on my stationary bike

15. What is your "bad" food cravings?
Oatmeal and Raisin Cookies- at 231 calories I have to limit myself but I ADORE them

16. What is your go to workout song?
Irene Cara’s What a Feeling- that’s my warm up!

17. Do you take vitamins or supplements?
A Multi vitamin. Flax seed oil with my fruit smoothie and again at night in capsule form, and Evening primrose oil

18. How often do you eat out?
Once a month

19. Do you eat fast food?
very very occasionally I’ll have a Chinese takeaway but always regret it. But no burgers or KFC or pizza.

20. How do you stay motivated?
Loads of positive self talk, I listen to my SP chums and always tell myself I’ll live longer than my parents coz I’m doing everything right….something they didn’t

21. Who is your biggest supporter?
DH

22. How much weight have you lost?
34 pounds

23. How did you determine your goal weight?
It was the weight that suited me in my thirties and that I felt most comfortable at

24. Do you have a gym membership?
Nope

25. How often do you work out?
6 days a week- 6 cardio and different strength area every day bar one

26. How did you find Spark?
I looked at Weight Watchers- cost £££ then trawled the internet for anything similar but cheaper HELLO SPARK PEOPLE.COM

27. How much sleep do you get a night?
8 hours provided the bloody dog over the road doesn’t start barking!

28. Are you a morning or night workout person?
Morning workout but during F1 racing season I match it to the timing of the races so I disappear to my back bedroom and workout in peace

29. Do you have a "cheat" day?
Not really although Sunday DH does a mean roast dinner and it’s the only day I have oil laden tatties and red meat.

30. Do you drink soda?
No- tea, water or juice or smoothies- no rubbish!

31. Do you drink alcohol? How much?
Tea total

32. What is your favorite thing about Spark?
The support network, my friends and the trackers- oh that’s 3 things LOL

33. What do you not like about your body? What do you love about your body?
Hate my elbows! Love my arms and core; Like pretty much everything else- or should I say I no longer dislike!

34. Do you have a workout buddy?
I workout out alone

35. What is the best thing that has changed about your life since committing to this Healthy Lifestyle?
I appreciate being able to move more freely

LOL reading your answers, I was like, "wow...she sounds waaaaay too healthy for me..." LOL! I'm working my way up to eating that healthy. I tend to come home from work and not want to cook hence low fat/sodium canned soups or healthy choice meals. Every blue moon I'll do a healthy stir fry or cook up brown rice and beans. I have to be in the mood to do it though. :) But I loved your answers! Report Inappropriate Comment

After years of research, scientists have discovered that women do not like the standard mouse given away with PC's. Scientists found that there is not a physical reason for their aversion; It is more of a Psychological problem.

Some women reported that their mouse 'just didn't feel right' in their hands. Based on the research, a new mouse has been designed especially for women.

Getting more exercise and me time in to avoid the noise of F1 motor racing DH was watching- I disappeared up stairs for just over an hour had a luxurious shower and he was still there watching it.

Aerobics then a stint cycling and rowing

Having lunch

I can’t remember that far back!

6. Your first day of high school?:
We don’t have high school here- but at Grammar School I got to choose between learning Russian or German as a second language- chose Russian.

Okay babe- to DH- he was finally going for a shower after watching F1 in his jim jams LOL

I’m going for a shower….what a pee?

The news- so depressing

First thing b4 DH gets up and I can spark and get my cardio in…..in peace

Grooming a dog (that’s her job, professional dog groomer)

The garden- presently in good nick but also has some rubble from doing up the kitchen

Seeing Jackie for a meal at our fav restaurant

Hounslow West-------it’s all shoe shops- stocking all the same shoes

A necklace in Diamonds and Pearls b4 it closed down in Uxbridge

A dress and complimenting scarf from Jackie for Xmas- I bought it a few weeks back with the Xmas NEXT voucher she gave me

while watching a wildlife show- a keeper was going to revisit some elephants he’d not seen for 5 years “I wonder what they’ll be like” he said. And I thought well d’you think they’ve turned into Zebra? They’ll be bigger………that’s all!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A friendship mug from Jackie- lilac and cream in colour- when ever I’m poorly I use it. Daft huh?

It’s dark wood
