My vacation will be in January 2011. My partner's business is landscaping so he is super busy in the spring, summer and fall but 2 months off in the winter so we are taking 2 weeks to Florida including the Florida Keys. Also In July , 2011 my daughter will be getting married in Barcelona , Spain and taking a 10 day cruise and my sister and I are joining them . That will be my vacations for quite sometime.

Thanks Yes I plan on keep "sparking" and stay on target yes I want to be fit for both my trips It is keeping motivated. And one thing I get so much encouragement from you all. Thank.
What wonderful trips to look forward to! I leave in a month for my cruise and it really keeps me motivated to eat right and get fit for exploring the ports.
I like what you had to say!! And yes it is exciting to travel the world like this . And yes it is good to get educated like finding out what has sodium in it that is why I don't have a salt shaker any more in my house there is enough salt in everything you eat even your fresh veggies.

I, too, have learned so much, not just about sodium. I had thought for years that I was eating plenty of fiber, but when we tracked it---boy did I learn a thing or two!
Years ago, when I was seriously avoiding salt (so much that I couldn't find the shaker once when people came to visit), I read that vegetables had tons of salt and sugar--and put them in to offset each other!
Yes, sodium is hidden in so many things, just like sugar is, also Did you know there is sugar in salt, I didn't until I read the ingredients, a few years ago. Wow was I surprised!
Each day we learn something new, and hopefully it will help us to achieve the goal we want to reach in life!
oh yeah, I so agree.. chasing that salt shaker out the door.....now if I could just get my husband to stop salting all his food .....after it's cooked. He knows better....he really does and I think it's more a habit than anything else.
now, back to flying the world.....come on,Butterfly, we got some serious flying to do.....
Just to thank you all for you support and I just love that I am on this challenge . this is keeping me focus on eating right and exercising and I am so happy but I am seeing the scale go down.
