I'm confused about the food tracker..I had a cheeseburger for dinner. Plain, nothing crazy on it and when I went to log it in the tracker is said it was 30 grams of fat. I was so deflated. That totally blew my daily goals. Then I poked around a little and found another "lean ground beef" that was only 11 grams of fat. Which one is right? The same thing happened with breakfast sausage. I had to look on another website for the correct info because sparkpeople said there are 130grams of fat is 3 breakfast sausage links. that seemed a little off. I just hate that i use the food tracker like my bible and the info is not always correct.
I'm sort of cranky today..can you tell?
