Got up to walk again this morning..I'm on a 3 day streak. It's great to get the cardio out of the way before the day even starts. I've also been doing the Boot Camp videos and am finding them a lot more challenging than I have in previous challenges..guess I'm pretty out of shape. Now I just have to be a better about what I'm eating and I think I can rock this challenge. I've been tracking every bite and staying within range (barely) but I could be making better choices.

I'm going to try to blog my way through this challenge so I can see where I go off track and what motivates me.

Did the video (10 minute cardio kickboxing) and feel great for doing it. Logged my food, including the chicken marsala I'm making for dinner and I'll be in range for the day..even with 2 pieces of ciabatta bread..mmm. Did 60 minutes of cardio today and am at 13k steps.

Okay..going to shower and then get dinner started..

Fried Dough..

I'm at work, at the library and there is a carnival right outside the window. My mind will not stop thinking about fried dough.

*update*
I didn't have any! We were going to get some at work and it wasn't ready yet. Then when we went to the carnival for the fireworks I walked right past it!

I'm looking forward to watching a new show that's premiering tonight called Hot in Cleveland. I love all the stars of the show and can only imagine I'm going to love it.

I'm such a geek..I get all excited about new shows. Can you tell I don't get out much?

I'm confused about the food tracker..I had a cheeseburger for dinner. Plain, nothing crazy on it and when I went to log it in the tracker is said it was 30 grams of fat. I was so deflated. That totally blew my daily goals. Then I poked around a little and found another "lean ground beef" that was only 11 grams of fat. Which one is right? The same thing happened with breakfast sausage. I had to look on another website for the correct info because sparkpeople said there are 130grams of fat is 3 breakfast sausage links. that seemed a little off. I just hate that i use the food tracker like my bible and the info is not always correct.

I'm sort of cranky today..can you tell?

    That is just crazy...30 grams of fat in sausage...maybe italian sausages, but not little breakfast links.

I have been using the calorie king book lately...some of the info is way different. I think I am going to stick more closely with what the book says and not the food tracker.
