Well I took my first Anxiety pill last night, just 10 Mil. And I know that I am not supposed to feel a difference for at least a week or a month. But I did feel a difference this morning. My body was not as stiff and sore. It did get a little more tension later, but I do feel better anyway. Can't wait until it is all better and I can feel like a human again.
Going to the gym has been working out fine. I turned in some papers for a background check to be able to be a volunteer and work with the children in swiming classes. That is exciting for me.
This weekend promises to be a great weekend. Supposed to be 80 by Sunday.

    i hope the volunteering with the swimming works out! i used to be a lifeguard for 5 years, and it was sooo much fun! kids are sooo much fun to work with :) take care

Well my Doctor finally caught up with me today. It seems I am having Anxiety attacks due to a chemical imbalance in the brain. This is all due to my diet and the Gastric Bypass surgery I had 30 years ago. So I am to start taking a new Anxiety pill tomorrow and for the rest of my life. That doesn't chage the bad thigs that have happened but mayby I can learn to deal with it better.
But some good news is that I made it to church yesterday and to the gym today. Hooray!!!

    Here's hoping the new medication will help your anxiety. And I am with you girl. I made it to church yesterday too. I was only able to stay for Sacrament Meeting but that is good for me.
And today I was able to walk 1600 steps, almost a mile. I am getting stronger every day. Keep up all your good work and works. You will be blessed for it all. Love, you Charlene emoticon

This week has been hard for me. Last Tuesday My car broke down, went down a hill with no brakes. Tuesday night the computer crashed, infected with several viruses. Got those fixed and today my car battery is completely dead. I will be glad when the hard times are over for a while.

Today I am just trying to hang on. Keeping my mind and hands busy and trying not to think about the problems of late.

    Thank you guys. I so appreciate it. I really didn't expect anyone to answer. I have stayed busy with unimportant things today, Just couldn't handle it. I am having Anxiety attacks and can't seem to stop crying. But I will. It will get better I am sure.

I sent the Letter

For all of you who haven't given upon me, I sent the letter to "The Doctors" show to apply for the surgery to have the flab removed. Dr Phil doesn't do it any more and has turned it all over to his son, Jay, for his show, The Doctors on NBC. So if anyone is interested in sending a note of support. Go to www.thedoctors/tv.com.     I hope you got to watch the new Dr. Oz program yesterday. He connected a woman with a surgeon for the procedures and she had only lost about 180 pounds. If the first plan doesn't work, you might contact him.
