Monday goals

Today I had a great workout at the gym. I did a TRX session and boy it kicked my butt, the instructor is very tough but it will all be worth it.
She stopped me on the way out and said I was a natural at the trx training. :) I was pretty happy about that comment, it is a hard workout and takes a lot of strength with good form in order to do the exercises correctly.

Today I am in my calorie range and have drank all my water, so all is good and looking forward to having a 2 lb loss this week!

Tuesday 24th

had a great TRX workout last night. I just love TRX! I am going to keep doing the trx once a week along with my other workout routine and hopefully this will help move my weight loss along.

Stayed within my calorie range and got in all my water. I feel pretty good today and about my weight loss, I am sure I will be at goal soon!

off weekend back on track aug. 23

My weekend was ok but could of done much better on Friday, had to many drinks with the neighbors and I am sure they were loaded with calories, it was some kind of coffee flavored drink we were drinking. I did ok with the eating and did not gain any weight so I guess all is good as long as I did not gain.

Went to the gym on sunday to sweat out all the alcohol and eating I did from the weekend and burned about 700 calories so all is good.:)

Today heading to dr. for check up then to the gym.

I really need to try to stay off the alcohol on the weekends so I can speed up this weight loss and get to my goal of about 140. I need to lose 5 more lbs to get to 145 then I will see if I want to go any lower, for me 145 is about a size 6 so depending on if this i fit good into size 6 or they are a little on the tight size will depend if I go for 5 more lbs.

I am looking forward to my boys going back to school and my daugther going to the sitter again, I love summer but I love my time to myself too! I will have more time to put to my health and fitness journey and to work on my internet business which I really need to start giving more of my attention to.
I run www.fitnessandkids.com and sell commercial fitness equipment to schools, fitness center, ymcas etc.. so if anyone has any leads for me it would be appreciated. My husband needs to go on disability one of these days so I really needs my business to grow to help him out.

Ok another day of staying within my calorie range, drinking my water and getting in my exercise, should be no problem;) Have a great day all!

Today if Friday and things are going real good for me. Dropped another lb and looks like I will be at my goal soon:)
I continue to eat within my calorie range.
Weight train 3-4 days per week
Cardio 5 times per week doing hiit on the elliptical.
I have recenlty added TRX training and will continue this one time per week. Wow what a great workout TRX is! I love it! it is hard but it is so worth it.
School starts soon for my boys one in college and one going into high school in the 9th grade. My little girl is 3 and will start going to a babysitter 2-3 days per week so I can have some time to myself. You see we recently adopted our neice who we have had since about one month old so she is now officially our daughter. It is great and love her like my own but being in my 40's I just feel like starting over has been a bit difficult so any time I get to myself is great, this way I can focus on my health and fitness and stay as young as I can for as long as I can for my young little angel.
Today is Friday and I tend to give myself a little slack on the weekends which also helps me stay on track, if I focus 100% all the time on my diet I would end of failing so I do give myself some time off one day on the weekend as long as I keep it to one day and not two :)

    We all need "me" time and its difficult with a preschooler. Take your time and enjoy every minute of it.

My goal is to be at 140 by the end of september and 145 by the end of August. I am about 5-6 lbs away from the first goal.
so today I took my first oxyelite pro and I have to say I really like them. I can feel the fat burner, the energy and the appetite supressant. it is great! I feel good so I am going to continue with them for a while and see how the weight loss goes. Like many others who have tried this product and have great results I can not see me being no different.
