Wet and windy

Well it is windy and wet here so I am unable to be going out to do my usual walking the dogs for my exercise, which is a shame because I prefer to get out rather than try to exercise is such a tiny space. On the plus it is interesting to try and come up with things to do around the house. I did try walking around a shopping centre but I soon got bored with that so I am looking for new ideas, not too sure yet. Does anyone else have any ideas?

  I just run around the house doing lots of sweeping and mopping. :).. Maybe some stretches or dance to music. You could also join a gym or go to a local swimming centre. I'm in North Haven and it has been quite bad weather lately. Getting better though.

Struggling while sick

Well I have been a bit sick lately and am really struggling to do cardio things. I am fine with strength training and walking my 10,000 steps each day but with this bronchitis I can hardly breathe which makes cardio a real challenge. I know I need to rest as well but it is unfortunate to have a set back so early on. I think I will leave it this weekend and rest to get better and jst continue to eat healthy and drink my 8 glasses of water. Then next week I will get back into it all

    Get well first. Don't over do it because bronchitis does not feel good at all. Get plenty of R & R. emoticon

    That is so right.. your immune system is trying to heal,, don't fight it, will take longer to heal.. or relapse,, been there, done that,, I am still recovering from strep throat, right ear infection, asthma attack and sinus infection,, do the steps, drink the water, slowly get back to normal,, healing is part of the new lifestyle,, pamper yourself,,

Just getting started

Well I am very new to this but I am looking forward to it. For me its not so much about the weight as it is about getting a healthier lifestyle and I want to make a positive change.
