Wow did I slack off on my August goals. I really need to create a routine.
Goals for today:
At least 3500 steps
96oz of water or bust
Complete 1 load of laundry when get home from work - started but didn't finish
Remind myself that I am only one person and there is far too much work to do for me to complete in one day.
So I missed my first day of daily goal blogging. Whoops. I wasn't tracking yesterday so I guess I didn't really think about it.
Goals for today:
Make the veggie soup in the crock pot
Drop off books at the library that are overdue
Finish the report I am working on
Figure out a way to get in at least 2500 steps with the rain and foot pain
96 oz of water at least
I know I am late posting this but I have already started working on some of them.
My main goals for August are:
Walk at least 20,000 steps per week
Read The Spark (I got it free with a Sparkpeople.com order)
96 oz of water at least per day
Track my food no less than 3 days each week
I have a bunch of little things that I haven't been doing but really need to get back to doing so I plan on restarting my daily goal blogs starting tomorrow. I know they can be boring sometimes but I find them very helpful.
My weight goal is to be out of the 260's again by the end of the month.
Today I will track my food and Today I won't drink any pop even though I am craving it.
Tomorrow - I will get in 3000 steps and I won't slack on my water intake.
Work on 2 reports - have worked on 1
Work for full time job at least 3 hours - 2 hours done
96 oz of water at least each day - Only 64 on Sat but 60 oz of tea
Plan dinners for the week
Log at least 3000 steps both days - Nope
Get emissions test done on my car
Do at least 3 loads of laundry and clean off the stove - Nope but did 1 and cleaned the fridge
