I haven't done one of these in awhile and I am really floundering. I have gained about 14 lbs back and am at a number I swore I would never see again. GRRR.

    Hi there we have some same likes and dislikes. Same color, purple, dislike of spaghetti squash, we both dislike doing dishes---( finally got a dishwasher in the place we live now). Have the same pet peeves, I'm right handed and wear underwear. However, I don't play an instrument, have no pet at present, and sleep in as often as I can. Have a great week.

Today is the wake for my Aunt.
I know there will be Subway to eat for dinner. I didn't bring a lunch as I was trying to get out of the house early for work and didn't make one. I'm not that hungry today.
I ended up not tracking everything yesterday.
I probably won't end up tracking today or tomorrow. My goal is to track on Thursday and Friday 100%.

Today - I just want to get through the day without shoveling food in my face because of stress.

    I am glad we can celebrate you being the member of the week. You are going through a rough patch and I send you a huge hug and much comfort in the loss of your aunt.

New Start

I enrolled in the weight loss challenge at work. If for nothing else than some added accountability. Today I am tracking my food and drinking my water.
I CAN do this if I put my mind to it.

Starting weight is 246 ugh.... but hopefully will be back in the 230's before I know it.

Goals 04/07 - 04/12

Well I didn't do great on last week's goals but I didn't do too horribly either.
This week I need to focus again on water, walking, and freggies.

emoticon 102 oz of water per day

emoticon Freggies first. For each snack need to have a freggie before eating anything else.
