I seriously need to find my focus again. One of the hardest things right now though is figuring out what is causing an almost daily sour stomach. It doesn't matter what I eat, I wake up with horrible indigestion. I thought it was the new GERD medicine I was on but now that I have gone off of it for more than just 3 days, I still have the problem. I don't understand at all. It seems worse when I eat fresh veggies too which is not good. I have to schedule an endoscopy. I was hoping to put it off until January so that we didn't have to pay the insurance deductible this year but no such luck.
Goals for today -
Track everything and journal any stomach symptoms
12+ glasses of water today
Go for at least 1 walk today
Prep dinner for tomorrow night

Wow did I slack off on my August goals. I really need to create a routine.
Goals for today:
At least 3500 steps
96oz of water or bust
Complete 1 load of laundry when get home from work - started but didn't finish
Remind myself that I am only one person and there is far too much work to do for me to complete in one day.
