Manic Monday

I seriously need to find my focus again. One of the hardest things right now though is figuring out what is causing an almost daily sour stomach. It doesn't matter what I eat, I wake up with horrible indigestion. I thought it was the new GERD medicine I was on but now that I have gone off of it for more than just 3 days, I still have the problem. I don't understand at all. It seems worse when I eat fresh veggies too which is not good. I have to schedule an endoscopy. I was hoping to put it off until January so that we didn't have to pay the insurance deductible this year but no such luck.

Goals for today -

emoticon Track everything and journal any stomach symptoms
emoticon 12+ glasses of water today
emoticon Go for at least 1 walk today
emoticon Prep dinner for tomorrow night
emoticon Post in the Rocktober challenge threads

Sunday - Leftovers -

Monday - Birthday party left overs now that the other ones are out of the fridge.

Tuesday - Actually making the mungbean veggie soup this time

Wednesday - Fend for yourself

Thursday - Grab something out or grilled cheese sandwiches when we get home - we have dentist appointments

Friday - Homemade pizza

Saturday - to be determined

Weekend Goals

Pretty simple this weekend. It is cold and windy outside. Fall decided to make a big entrance finally.

emoticon Work on my reports and complete at least 2 emoticon

emoticon Inventory both freezers - little one is already done

emoticon Make the dinner plan for the upcoming week

emoticon Get in at least 3.5 miles between the two days

Sunday: Out somewhere

Monday: Macaroni and cheese, tuna, and peas

Tuesday: Left over chicken chili over potatoes

Wednesday: Fend for yourself

Thursday: Mung Bean soup

Friday: Tacos

Saturday: TBD - if home, homemade pizza otherwise out somewhere

- Had to change the order a bit - didnt get to the grocery store Sunday as planned.

Wow did I slack off on my August goals. I really need to create a routine.

Goals for today:
emoticon At least 3500 steps emoticon
emoticon 96oz of water or bust emoticon
emoticon Complete 1 load of laundry when get home from work - started but didn't finish
emoticon Remind myself that I am only one person and there is far too much work to do for me to complete in one day. emoticon
