Saturday: TBD - if home, homemade pizza otherwise out somewhere

Wow did I slack off on my August goals. I really need to create a routine.

Goals for today:
emoticon At least 3500 steps emoticon
emoticon 96oz of water or bust emoticon
emoticon Complete 1 load of laundry when get home from work - started but didn't finish
emoticon Remind myself that I am only one person and there is far too much work to do for me to complete in one day. emoticon

My foot pain was really bad yesterday. I stepped weird on the stairs and got a shooting pain in the morning. I'm hoping that today it is much better.

    Sorry to hear your injured your foot and are having more pain than usual. Those stairs can be dangerous. Good goals for the day, and I love when we have left overs.

So I missed my first day of daily goal blogging. Whoops. I wasn't tracking yesterday so I guess I didn't really think about it.

Goals for today:

emoticon Make the veggie soup in the crock pot emoticon
emoticon Drop off books at the library that are overdue emoticon
emoticon Finish the report I am working on
emoticon Figure out a way to get in at least 2500 steps with the rain and foot pain

    Love the quote at the bottom of this blog. Good goal for steps, hope the painful foot will allow you to get them in today. All thoses small steps count and add up.

Goals for August

I know I am late posting this but I have already started working on some of them.

My main goals for August are:

emoticon Walk at least 20,000 steps per week

emoticon Read The Spark (I got it free with a Sparkpeople.com order)

emoticon 96 oz of water at least per day

emoticon Track my food no less than 3 days each week

I have a bunch of little things that I haven't been doing but really need to get back to doing so I plan on restarting my daily goal blogs starting tomorrow. I know they can be boring sometimes but I find them very helpful.

My weight goal is to be out of the 260's again by the end of the month.
