Down 1.6 from last Wednesday and only up .3 from Saturday. Hoping to keep the downward trend moving towards 235 before the holidays. Dinner plan for the week is all messed and DH doesn't want me to make the crockpot soup because he didn't want me to cook sausage before going to work. I think I am going to have prep the crockpot dishes the night before and go from there.

I would like to lose at least 2lbs but really I would be happy to maintain this year. Ideally I would lose 8lbs this month.
I'm starting a new job tomorrow and I really have no idea what life will be like between work, pt, and preparing for Christmas as well as birthdays this month. I'm hoping not to go to crazy trying to balance things. I have never worked a straight shift job and have always had the freedom to take care of these things during the workday but now, not so much. I will be okay. I will be okay. It will all workout for our good.

Hopefully Saturday will be the last time that I weighin in the 240's ever. I have a plan for Thanksgiving. Fortunately we only have one place to go on the actual day even though we have two other "Thanksgivings" over the weekend. I will skip the white potatoes and the bread. Don't need the jello either even though it is sugar free. I will limit my intake of wine to 2 glasses and if I choose to get seconds it will be turkey, stuffing, and cranberries because the stuffing only comes around once a year and the cranberries are yummy. The turkey balances out the extra carbs
