So there I was, doing some stretches before Zumba class when a guy walks into the room do some jump rope. I tell him that there is a class starting in 15 minutes and he says thanks and tells me he is only going to jump rope for about 10 minutes. As I am stretching I notice he has something with him. In his hand he is carrying this:
I ask him if I can check out the book and he says no problem. I checked out the entire book while he jumped rope for his 10 minutes. And when he was done, I asked him what he thought of book. He told me that be following it to the letter, he has lost 25 lbs!! WOW!! I always knew Strength Training was but .. 25lbs since Feb is great!
He told me that there is a WOMEN's version of the book too and that his friends wife bought the book at the Base Exchange!! So, I went to the store.. LO AND BEHOLD.. IT WAS THERE!!
I did the Dumbbell Only Monday (A) Workout which took about 1hr (65 minutes actually) and then did 25 minutes of my OWN version of a Dance-like/Zumbaish/Step Aerobicsy/Boxingish amalgamation to Electronic, Dance, Fitness/ Workout & Hip-Hop music. It was SO MUCH FUN!!
