everybody!!! I am so happy to be starting this journey again to a healthier me!!! I am determined not to let the numbers of the scale determine how I feel about me. I am learning to love me all 232 Lbs just like I plan to love me at 200Lbs or even 185 (that is my ultimate goal).
I have tracked my food everyday this week
I have drunk 8 glasses of water everyday this week
I have walked at least 2miles a day
I rejoined ZUMBA and went 2X this week and thinking about going 2morrow
So far I am doing good with sticking to my goals both food and exercise. I really love ZUMBA it is the best exercise. I need to just fit it in my budget for at least 2X a week. I canceled my gym membership so I should be able to do this. ZUMBA= and that is what I need. Making burgers tonight for the boys, but mine will be a turkey burger because I am having a fatty lunch. All about balance!

1. Continue with all goals above
2. Join and SP challenge
3. ZUMBA 3X a week
I am also thinking about getting ZUMBA on Wii so I can do it at home when it gets colder ( I dont drive so walking or catching the bus after ZUMBA is not a good idea)
