I did end up doing the first day of the JM Sparkers November Challenge...30 Day Shred Level 2 this morning. It had been well over a year since I've done it. I think if I do it again, I'll use 5lb weights but wanted to go light since I hadn't done it in so long. That didn't feel like enough exercise so I also did Jackie Warner Power Circuit Training 15 minute total body (not enough time to add on 40 minute workout).
I've got 17-bean and barley soup in the crockpot now that the weather is warming up again...what's up with that? It's been a while since we've had it, so it'll be good anyway.
We had quite a few trick-or-treaters last night but still have candy leftover so I'll be baking cookies tonight with the leftovers. Chop 'em up and use them instead of chocolate chips. Yes, there will be a picture later.
It's going to be a busy week at work. Lots of patient samples to work on, a new HPLC is getting installed in our upstairs lab and on the same day there is the Country Store fundraiser that I'm baking cookies for. And of course, the poster for the conference. Oh well, it keeps me off the streets.
