I started out the day with C25K Week 6 day 1, 25 jumping jacks, 25 pushups and 30 crunches. Since it's the last week of the 28 day bootcamp (day 25) I did the video twice. It was upper body so that entailed 20 more pushups. Boy were my arms tired.
We drove up to San Francisco in the rain to have brunch with some friends. Very nice but wet. I had an excellent tofu scramble (jalapenos, cilantro and ranchero sauce) and the home fries were quite tasty, too. I forgot to get a picture.
After we got back, I mixed up some cookie dough for a potluck at work on Tuesday. I'll bake them tomorrow and post a picture.
All in all, it was a very nice but busy weekend. Hopefully next weekend will be a little less hectic. I should head to bed soon so I can get up in the morning to exercise before work. It is nice to get home and be able to just do chores rather than rushing to get a workout, then cook dinner and then get stuff done.
