Foot update in case anybody is wondering: it's a little sore on and off. Sort of seems like it's been more so since I've been wearing the boot. Don't know what that's all about.
I have decided that I will bike 5 days/week (Sun, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Sat). That way my butt gets a couple of days to rest. I got in 11.66 miles yesterday followed by my push ups. I'm doing the hundred push ups challenge and yesterday was the start of week 3. I did 14, 18, 14, 14, 20. Pretty respectable.
Yes, I have been eating but I have no pictures to share at this time. It's the usual stuff.
I am glad it's Wednesday but I do wish it was the weekend although it will be a very busy one. We have to pickup the race packets, do dinner with Grandma for her 95th birthday, and then the HM is on Sunday.
