Normally I would say that I got up and did CLX but I was tired so I slept in.
The first day back at work was weird as it always is. I ended up using our other HPLC to run my samples. It was easier than taking apart the new fluorescence detector to get the lamp out and put it in the old one. I'll just order a new lamp but in the mean time at least my samples are running and I'll have data to look at tomorrow.
I did CLX when I got home. No weights over 20 pounds as promised.

Now it's on to Lean phase. I'm deciding whether to start on Wednesday or Friday. On the calendar it has scheduled a cardio workout after Push 3 (that would be my run tomorrow) then a rest day then another cardio workout (run on Thursday) then another rest day. I don't want to start on Saturday because I like a rest (yoga) day before my long run. Hmmm. I guess I'll decide on Wednesday.
For dinner tonight I made chicken chili in the slow cooker (2 cans of beans, 1 lb chicken breast, 2 cans fire roasted tomatoes, 1 onion chopped, 1 bell pepper chopped, cumin, coriander, cayenne, garlic to taste). I also made some corn muffins using a Spark recipe:
