3rd week of bootcampFriday, October 15, 2010
I started the 3rd week of the bootcamp. Cardio. Added 40 minutes of a kickboxing dvd (violet zaki --weight loss cardio kick). Maybe I should be jumping so much because I started to feel it in my lower back. ![]()

Today I did the 3rd run of the 4th week of the C25K. Felt great!!
The 28 day challenge workout today was abs. They're a little sore right now but that's a good thing. I also did my JM Sparkers 25 pushups (15 standard and 10 girlie) and 25 jumping jacks. Starting tomorrow, I'll be adding 25 crunches per our leader.
I stirred together some lebkuchen dough and it will sit in the fridge until Saturday morning when I'll bake them.
This is what it looks like now:
I'll post a picture of the finished product on Saturday.
