It was a busy day at work. I spent a lot of time this morning prepping samples and will spend the rest of the week looking at the data.
When I got home, I did my bootcamp day 13 (upper body) and then hiked on the incline trainer for an hour.
I made a chicken, garbanzo bean and vegetable stew for dinner (along with some brown basmati rice). It turned pretty tasty. As a matter of fact, my husband said we needed to have it again sometime soon and will happily take the leftovers for lunch.
A good food day and a good workout day. I can't really ask for more.
