I set the alarm for 2:30 so I could do my workout before I went to work but my head decided otherwise. Migraine. BOO!
We had a potluck at work today. Lots of tasty stuff. Chicken nuggets, chap chee, egg rolls, gyoza, pasta salad, chips and salsa (and guacamole for those that like it), fried rice (it had shrimp so I didn't have any), salad (covered in dressing so I didn't have any), cheesecake (yuck), banana pudding (I didn't try it) and my brownies.
For some reason (TOM) I ended up having some peanut M&M's as a snack. Not so great considering what I had for lunch but I promise I will not have any tomorrow.
I did to my workout when I got home.
Burn Circuit 2
Sumo Squat with Bicep Curl - W 7.5 R 12 (I'll try 10 next time)
Lunge with One-Arm Tricep Extension - - W 5 R 12 (I'll try 7.5 next time)
Dead Lift Row - - W 12.5 R 12 (I'll try 15 next time)
Sumo Squat with Overhead Tricep Extension-- W12.5 R12 (and I didn't hit myself in the head...bonus)
Dead Lift with Double Row -- W15 R 12
Bowler's Lunge with Single-Arm Row - - W 12.5 R 12 (I'll try 15 next time)
Bicep Curls with Abductor Balance - - W 7.5 R 12 (I'll try 10 next time)
Forward Lean Lunge with Double Row - - W 12.5 R 12 (I'll try 15 next time)
Triple-Threat Push Ups - 12 (on toes..but barely)
I felt like it was safe to up the weights a little bit but didn't want to push it to far. I started to feel it a little in my lower back on the dead lift with double row using the 15 pounders so I scaled back to 12.5 on the rest of the exercises.
Boy, am I glad it's Wednesday. Just one more day and then I have a 4-day weekend. I really need it. At least then I won't be stuck in the office with the candy.
