In order to prepare for all that tasty food, I hike an hour on the incline trainer and did my 28 day challenge lower body video.
I will do my best to only take a little of my favorites: channa masala, palak panner, aloo gobi.
Boy, do I love Indian food. I really have a hard time resisting it. I just will have to remind myself that this is not the last Indian food I will eat, so just eat a little and enjoy.

The palak paneer was very skimpy on the spinach (upper left) so I only ate the cheese (paneer) and left the creamy sauce.
