I was good this morning and actually got up at 2:30 to get my workout in. I did C25K W2D2. 90 seconds of running just isn't very long so I cheated and added 15 seconds to each interval, making it an extra 90 seconds of running. I figured that might not be too much. Maybe it was, my knees are a little sore. That could also be the crazy weather we're having. Hot, cold, rainy.
Definitely a busy day at work. It took me most of the day to get the new HPLC up and running. Tomorrow I'll get down to some serious playing with it.
I got lots of bonus exercise going up and down the stairs between the labs and I danced around in my office a little because as you all know, I like to do that.
I had planned on watching a movie when I got home today since I had already done my workout but somehow the afternoon got away with me and now it's almost time for bed.
We had whole wheat pasta, turkey meatballs, Newman's sockarooni sauce and green beans for dinner. Definitely comfort food.
Tomorrow morning I'll be working out with Jackie. I just haven't decided which workout to do yet. I'm still a little sore from yesterday's adventure.
