I had to get my workout in early (3am) because they're repaving the streets and I wouldn't have time in the evening.
It was a little tougher than usual to run because I hadn't even had a snack but I made it through. I tried a hip-hop podcast today. The music was good but I couldn't really hear the cues to change pace very well. Luckily I'm running on a treadmill so I can see the time and know when to change myself.
Back is a little sore now but should be fine later.
I'm looking forward to my next run/walk on Thursday.
