Good News and Bad News

The good news is that I did do No More Trouble Zones when I got home. The bad new is that I was baking chocolate PB2 peanut butter chip cookies and I ate about a cookie's worth of dough. I'm trying to stay away from the sugar. However, when I figured out the nutritionals it turns out there is only 6g sugar in a cookie. I guess that's not too bad but I lost my streak of no sweets.

    Stick with Jillian and that cookie dough won't last long that's for sure! Hit the reset button and start the streak again, you've got this! It is probably NMTZ for me tomorrow AM... surrenders... oh boy!

    You don't have to totally give up something you love to meet your goals. It's all about moderation. You just had one and that is awesome! So many people have trouble stopping themselves.

After work I WILL be doing Jillian Michaels No More Trouble Zones (but using 2lb weights for the overhead stuff until my lower back is truly recovered).

    I do the full 40 minutes but sometimes I have to stop and move the cat out of the way.

    emoticon Do you do the full 40 or so mins? I always skip the end like the last 5 mins or so. Those exercises are too hard for me.
We will be doing the same workout tonight.

Walking/Hiking today

Yesterday I did some circuit training (Jillian Michaels No More Trouble Zones). Today will be cardio on the incline trainer. I'm looking forward to sweating to some good tunes in my ipod.
