I started the second week of the C25K program and I feel great.
Yesterday I did some circuit training (Jillian Michaels No More Trouble Zones). Today will be cardio on the incline trainer. I'm looking forward to sweating to some good tunes in my ipod.
I did the third day of week 1 of the couch to 5K running program. I also went the whole day without any sweets....that's 2 days in a row. Feeling pretty good.
I was good yesterday. I went the whole day without any candy and since I've got a candy jar in my office, that's quite the accomplishment. We'll see how today goes.
