We just brought my daughter back to school from Christmas break. Now things should start to flow back to normal around here.
I am going to make some kind of an exercise schedule... stuff I can do at home since I am currently without a gym for the first time in 5 years. I can use the Wi fit and I have a few machines in the garage I can use. I probably should do 2 yoga classes a week . I just find it hard to get out the door at 730 in the morning when it is so cold out. I know it is not a good excuse but I use it .
My eating has pretty much cleaned up in the last few weeks but my pants are still tight and I have some work to do. My husband and I are going to plan our menu for the week and go grocery shopping this afternoon. I am going to do something with the spaghetti squash we have from the garden this summer. I saw a recipe that had the squash topped with mushrooms and peas. I am going to look for it now.
