Day 79 Accountability

Thursday --

emoticon1 - Exercise - 90 minutes Pilate/dance class.
emoticon2 - Calories - 1685.
emoticon3 - Water - 9 cups.
emoticon4 - Sleep - 5 hours.
emoticon5 - Spark curfew - 11:15pm. I had to watch the end of the Ohio State game before I could blog! Woo Hoo, Buckeyes!
emoticon6 - Tax prep - done & filed!
emoticon7 - Freggies - 2 fruit, 5 veggies.
emoticon8 - Blog


March 2012 accountability goals --
1 - Exercise at least 30 minutes per day, 5 days a week. I'm training for a triathlon sprint. I did something to my knee (perhaps torn cartilage), so I'm not able to run right now. My knee swells anytime I do something that is high impact. So, in March, I will swim, use the elliptical machine, walk, or bike as the weather permits.
2 - Track my food and limit my calories to no more than 1800 per day. Lose 5 pounds by Easter so that I'll weigh what my driver's license says that I weigh.
3 - Drink 8 cups of water each day.
4 - Sleep 6+ hours per night.
5 - Stop Sparking by 11pm. The # of hours that I sleep is directly proportional to how late I Spark. I'm going to be accountable to this Spark curfew.
6 - Progress on tax preparation. Goal date to get everything to the accountant is March 19.
7 - Eat 1 fruit and 4 veggies per day.
8 - Report my progress to the world every day by writing my accountability blog.

Day 78 Accountability

Wednesday --

emoticon5 - Spark curfew - 11:25pm. I thought I was off here before 11, but came back to read Angela's post! I'm going to bed now.

Day 77 Accountability

Tuesday --

I had the MRI on my knee this morning. I won't get the results for 2 weeks, since my doctor is on vacation. In the meantime, I'm biking or swimming. I'm avoiding any impact on the knee and the swelling is pretty much staying down. I had a busy and productive day today!

emoticon1 - Exercise - 60 minutes recumbent bike, 15 minutes stretching.
emoticon2 - Calories - 1559.
emoticon3 - Water - 9 cups.
emoticon4 - Sleep - 4.5 hours. Old habits die hard! I actually slept during my MRI this morning. Even with all the knocking the machine does during the test, I slept. Goes to show how tired I was!
emoticon5 - Spark curfew - 11:05pm. Close enough!

    Lol! I know what you mean about sleeping during the MRI! I have them every 3 years and I always fall asleep as well. The knocking just hypnotizes me!! You're doing great!
