Do you use any kind of scarf or mask over your mouth when you walk outdoors in the cold? After a brisk walk outside in the cold air, my lungs hurt!!

Day 10 Accountability

Friday, January 13, 2012

Friday --

emoticon1 - Exercise - 20 minutes of snow shoveling and 20 minute run on the treadmill.
emoticon2 - Calories - 1745.
emoticon3 - Water - 9 cups.
emoticon4 - Sleep - 6 hours. Woo Hoo! I feel so much more alert in the afternoon after 6 hours of sleep. I could get used to this and then want 7 hours of sleep!
emoticon5 - Freggies - 2 fruits, 6 veggies
emoticon6 - Blog

Today was weigh-in day with my Spark Team. I'm down 1.4 lbs. since last Friday and a total of 2 lbs. since January 4, when I started this accountability blogging. Some people suggested the weight loss is because I've been sick. I think that being accountable here has helped with the weight loss. Next week's weigh-in will tell.

A star for meeting all your goals... (remember those gold and silver stars teachers would give out in gradeschool???)

KUDOS to you!!! Glad you got your 6 hours of sleep. Shooting for 7 sounds like a great idea, not a luxury. I'm about to get in around 5 - 6, but I wake up every hour, check the clock, go back to sleep. Once a week I take a pill (don't want to take them nightly) and on those nights, I get 10 hours of straight zzzzzz's and feel like a million... Thankfully, I am getting more than when I worked in the control room of the electric company. I was lucky to get 2-3 hours a day...
