Hoping you feel better soon. I know your spirit is willing but sometimes we are forced to slow down. Can still get in your water and other stuff, though, right? Not going to let some darn cold knock you clear off track. No siree Bob, uh, er, Nancy. emoticon emoticon -- Lou

So sorry you're sick! Everybody around me is getting something and I keep running so it doesn't catch me. Hope you feel better in the morning after a good night's sleep! Take care, Nancy! emoticon Do you have a blue cap?

Day 5 accountability

Sunday, January 08, 2012

Sunday --

emoticon1 - Exercise - ran 35-minutes with the dogs.
emoticon2 - Calories - 1711. If it weren't for the fact that I would have to fess up to it here, I would have been eating Triscuits and cheddar cheese while watching the football game! I couldn't make it fit in my food plan, so raw veggies and dip won out!
emoticon3 - Water - 8 cups
emoticon4 - Sleep - 5.5 hours. Do I get to count naps?
emoticon5 - Freggies - 1 fruit, 5 veggies

Looking good, but try to get a bit more sleep because studies show that shorting your sleep affects your efforts to lose weight.

Have a great week

That balance between calories and activity is a tough one! You are doing great, but that's the area I'd watch. Nuts are a healthy snack and if your top is 1800 calories and occasional 2000 is not a problem if you keep your activity up. Accountability seems to be working for you. WTG!

Great day for you despite the handful of cashews! I'm thinking the walking and that last glass of water took care of them.
