Sunday --

emoticon3 - Water - 8 cups
emoticon4 - Sleep - 5.5 hours. Do I get to count naps?
emoticon5 - Freggies - 1 fruit, 5 veggies

Looking good, but try to get a bit more sleep because studies show that shorting your sleep affects your efforts to lose weight.

Have a great week
