As you all know, it is a major holiday weekend. I find the biggest thing to watch for when going to all of these picnics is PORTION control. It is not easy. Eating and then getting busy doing something away from the food table helps me the most. Play some games, strike up a conversation (away from the food). IF you do eat too much, don't knock yourself over with guilt, just Start over....what is done is done......move forward. Also, drive safely and watch out for other on the road.
