Happy Sunday Everyone

I wish all of you a very HAPPY SUNDAY. Yesterday the man that made our new cabinets delivered them about 10:00. We started installing in the afternoon. I can't believe how beautiful a job he did in making them. We will be working on them again today and our son is coming tomorrow to help us get finished. While he is here, he is also going to tile the sunroom. After the tiling, that room will be finished. The bonus room was completed on Thursday after the carpet was installed. We are really moving along. The previous owners would not recognize this house if they came in now.

Remember to eat healthy, drink your water and get in some exercise.

We moved another couple of cabinets today and put them in the garage. Also, I did my s/t . Hubby took me out to lunch today too and we had a really nice time.

Track your food, drink your water, and do some exercise. Move forward one day at a time.

BUSY DAY

Today started early. I did have my "me" time at 4:00 to about 5:30. I started washing clothes and did 5 loads. Don't know where they all came from. Also, helped hubby (between loads going in and out of washer) take down some of the kitchen cabinets and install in the garage. We are getting ready for the new kitchen cabinets that are being made for us. They are to be delivered Saturday.After we did the cabinets, I went out and cut the grass on my new lawn tractor. I love it and have used it twice now. Hubby is playing golf tomorrow, so we can't do any other cabinets until Wednesday. Thursday we are having carpet installed in the bonus room. I didn't do much for dinner...we had all leftovers. Good thing I had enough. Hubby offered for us to go out for dinner, but I really like eating better at home.

Remember track you food, drink your water, and exercise even if only a little. Keep moving forward, one day at a time. Have a great day.

A Beautiful Day Today

We sure are having a beautiful day today. This morning I did my ST and then we went for a little ride in the afternoon. When we got home I worked in the yard for a while. I just love working in the yard. After working in the yard for a while, we walked up to the little private airport and watched the planes go off and watched the gliders go up and get released. It is such a beautiful sight. We came back home and I am doing my sparking. I might just go back outside because it is so nice. I love spring time.

Another Good Day

Well, I had another good day today. My brother came to visit Mom and of course me and hubby. I knew he couldn't stay for dinner so I made dinner for lunch. I made a lot of food, but I was able to keep on track (because of portion control). I had a spiral ham, crunchy potato casserole, fresh green beans, spaghetti squash, sliced tomatoes, and walnut pineapple cake. Boy, did I have small portions. I just had a small bite of the cake. My mom is here with us since a fall and hospital stay last month. She was really happy to see my brother and his wife (so were we). I am so happy Mom had a good day.
