Happy Super Bowl Sunday....... I know everyone will not be watching the game today, but for those who will be: We know how easy it is to just sit in front of the tv and go overboard with snacks during this yearly event. We have a lot of time before the game. Pick out some healthy, low calorie snacks and get them made ahead of time. You could use this for your dinner of the day. Make an extra effort to track your food for today ahead of time so you will know exactly what you are going to eat. Look at that list and try very hard to stick to it. Enjoy the game today.
