It is so fantastic to step on that scale every morning and see it go down. If it's 1 oz or if it's 1 lb. This just re juvenates me to keep plugging away...little by little. emoticon

Had a fabulous weekend. It is a rare occasion that I even get a whole weekend off, much less have it be a weekend where we dont have my husbands 2 boys. But we did and we spent sat. evening at my son's baby shower ! They are expecting their first baby next month. Grandson #2 for me. I dont get to see my children much due to living an hour away and I work in retail sales as an assistant manager, so my hours are long. But to be able to spend at least 3 hours with them and family made my day. It also makes my heart heavy when I leave, which puts me in a funk. But I know that as a single mom I raised 2 extremely wonderful kids and Im filled with such pride and joy. The weekend also was good for my weight loss as my numbers are ever so lightly going downward. This keeps me pushing forward to my goal. I only anticipate a FABULOUS week as I look forward to having another full weekend off so we can spend it at a football game for my wonderful hubby's birthday !!!! Thank you to whoever reads this....and keep on SPARKIN !!!! emoticon

I feel like im gonna struggle today. Im traveling most the day and i know its gonna be difficult to get all my water in plus its a challenge to eat healthy when away from home. Im gonna try and consume as much h2o as i can, even if it calls for more bathroom breaks. Im doing my self talk saying " i will do my best today". :-) emoticon

I am sooooooo happy ! I stepped on my scale this morning and I had a 1.2 lb loss !!!! Joining this and being accountable was a huge motivator yesterday. Thank you SP ! emoticon

    Good for you! What a GREAT start!! Don't forget to use the fitness tracker also to track your workout minutes. Use the other trackers too.
