Well Today is the last day of my closely monitoring my exercise and the results are in....
I give myself a score of 95%. No, I wasn't perfect... but I was consistent. So I will say....
I still will continue with the exercise program.
Now Back to Beck,,, I was supposed to start tomorrow... but there is no time like the present.
I went back to see my post on the message board when I first started with the Beck Team. I was quite pleased that some of my Advantages have come to fruition. Some have yet to come to pass.
Here's my current list of Advantages of Losing Weight
1. BETTER Health
better blood pressure
better BG readings
Prevent future health problems.
be able to take less meds
2. BETTER physically
increase physical ability
Increase walking distance
3. FEEL BETTER in my own body because I'm worth it!
