Went to the doctor and it's official I have shingles. I had them in the past so I felt that was what was wrong. Yes, I have been really under alot of stress with the new job. Mom died seven months ago and I am still trying to take all of that in. She llived with me the last two years of her life and I was her caregiver. Just too much to take in at this time. Also, when I was weighed at the doctor I was shocked to see how much weight I had gained. Instead of losing the 20 lbs I had wanted to, looks like I have gained them. Time to get my health in check. Take care of myself and not others until I can feel better.
