Today, the scale gave me a wonderful result, I have seen a weight loss of 2 lbs for a total of 5 pounds lost since starting out on this process. This gives me the motivation to keep going, I am so happy and proud of myself. Yes, I started this in Dec 2011 and then the week before I had no weight loss, I was a little depressed about this. So this past week I really focused on workouts and my nutrition and it has paid off. There were some days I went to the gym 2 times in one day or I did another activity like water aerobics, wow it worked for me. I am on my way to meet my 1st personal goal of new workout clothes once I get out of the 200lbs, I am only 2.8 lbs away to meeting that goal. Yahoo!!

Wow, today I received my first compliment about me loosing weight. That felt so good to answer their , "Yes, Iam" Ok, this was definitely a boost for me, folks are beginning to see it and I am beginning to feel it. Tomorrow is weigh in day, will see how far I come. I am hoping for a good number.

Ok, I had a rough day today in my new work position. Today started out oversleeping and being sore from the day before from my upper body workout, felt it all day. I did not make it to the gym because not enough time to get there and work. Ok, then at work in this new position, which work from home, I forgot to eat because I take the Lipo-6 (which I only take on days I workout but it obviously stays in my system) which reviews do say you must remember to eat, I ate like a bird today, simply was not hungry. BUT I have to remember and set a time to eat something all day, the goal is 6 meals (basically 3 main meals and 3 good healthy snacks). Today I went shopping and got a lot of good foods to help me on this journey. I must watch my carbs, my RD has me only doing 30gms my main meals and 15gms my 3 snacks, I am also watching my sodium levels which I do not want any 1 meal having more than 500 to 600 gms of sodium, so what I found today shopping was, can goods have a lot of sodium, dah!! It is a preservative, so naturally I shied away from that and heading to fresh veggies. Hmm should be good. We will see. Oh, yes, I got the Zumba kit today, can't wait to try it out. I will see how this goes, this may replace the goal of PiYo for the month.

I am getting the bug, meaning I look forward to going to the gym, it is like the morning doesn't come fast enough. I worked my upper body today, back and chest and arms. Great workout for me and still feel it at 11:30 p.m. from 5:00 a.m. I also have to confess, I feel good but when I look in the mirror I am sad. I know, I know, it did not come onto me over night, this weight, but I am anxious to see some improvements. I think I just have to mix it up. Today was the 1st day I took my ipod phone and workout with my own music, it was great. Ok, that's all for now but if you have any encouraging words to share I am all ears.

I am such a private person, to create this Spark Page and place my most vulnerable pictures online for others to see it a big feat for me. However, I am doing this to make myself accountable to myself by having the support of community members. I already feel the push just having this Spark Page, so thank you all in advance for the encouragement.
