Day 5 - JM Challenge

I am sooo glad it's FRIDAY!!! Only my FATHER in HEAVEN knows how happy I am. Tonight will be very low maintenenace. Not necessarily that I want it that way...that' s just how the cookie will crumble.

I have been doing exceptionally well with tracking. Nothing pleased with all I have been consuming, but over-joyed regarding my tracking.

Tonight's game plan

Maybe a power walk with my daughter...MAYBE

Defintely the 30 MIN SHRED....

Day 4 - Gun Range

I went to the gun range for the first time...Bracing your arm and steadying yourself seems to be a workout of its own!! My daughter has an honors ceremony tonight, so the plan is to do zumba and then get in a kettle bell workout session.

This is how we do it.

    Sounds Interesting Lynn. What type of firearm are you learning to use? I'm thinking of purchasing the Zumba DVDs, Its not always convenient to go to the Gym. although I love dancing with the others. I get a good laugh too. You must be so pround of your daughter. emoticon from me!!!1 emoticon

JM Challenge - Day 3

Took my before photo...not too shabby!!! Could be better, but I think I am still a cutie!! Anywho, I did really good with my nutrition tracking today. I went to subway for lunch...wouldn't have been so bad if I didn't eat the two chocolate chip cookies that came with the COMBO!! But they were good...and now me and Jillian are about to burn those babies off!!

Tonight will be 30 DAY Shred...then it's a Wii FIT Just Dance show-down between me and my kids!!!

    Good Morning Beautiful! The camera still scares me. But 1 thing about Jillian; she will either kill me or make me stronger. I plan to walk or bike tonight. One thing I like about the 5 am workout, I'm free to enjoy my evening as I please. I'll be checking in on you later.

I have teamed up with my SP Friend "Beautyful-1" to complete a 30 day personal challenge!!! We will be blogging everyday for accountability SAKE!!! Consistently posting is more challenging for me than the workouts themselves...but when 2 come together touching and agreeing, it shall be done!!!

DAY 1 - JM Kettlebells (30 mins) - 5/17

    Last night's workout was wonderful. I had to make a few modifications but it made for a much better workout. I pulled out my Re-bounder to use for the high impact segments, Jumping around over 200 is no joke. I have a muscle disorder and when the muscles get strained they just decide they aren't gonna work. You would think I was drunk when I try to walk(muscle coordination leaves) or they give away. Medically, instead of building muscle, it begins to tear down. My other modification involved tying down the girls (LOL). I'm gonna look into the Kettle-bells workout, I was thinking it would be good to alternate workouts to affect different muscles.
