Goal was to work out 3 times

Friday I told myself to start increasing exercise, as I have started to plateau in weight. So I aimed small and said 3 times every 7 days Friday-Thursday. Friday I practiced soccer with my son for 90 minutes, Monday I danced for 70 minutes and today I danced for 30 minutes. I also found my old pedometer to keep track of my steps but I need to figure out how to adjust the sensitivity level because I think it is too sensitive, and as much as I love seeing a higher number on it I know it most likely isn't the correct amount of steps. So This week has been good, I hope to start losing again and quit this plateau! Come on energy keep strong!

  


Pinched nerves

Haven't been able to exercise or even do much for 4 days, got stiff and painful neck from a pinched nerve. Can't wait until my neck and back are fully functional again.

Two Birds With One Stone

My son started soccer again and he likes to practice twice a week but his new coach only practices once a week. I need more exercise. BAM! I started taking my son to practice for at least an hour at least once a week! It helps my son get better at the sport he loves, we get to bond more, and it helps me lose weight! Awesome!

Tomorrow is a new day

Today was not so great for dieting. Although I didnt completely go off my diet, I did splurge a few times. At a baby shower I ate very little but did enjoy a cupcake, dinner I made my family's favorite dish (chicken cheese ole') which is really high in sodium and fat. But I promised myself not to beat myself up over it and instead try my best tomorrow and the rest of the week. The day isn't over so I am going to try to squeeze some exercise in, even though I am lacking in energy.

It's been a while and last time I gave up but I am back and dedicated! I Lost 30+ pounds already this year and need to lose 40 more pounds, quit smoking, eat better, exercise more and improve my lifestyle. I am going to use sparkpeople as one of my tools, I am in physical therapy for my neck and back until end of month so hopefully my pain will ease so I can really exercise more effectively. Also have to quit drinking soda! New lifestyle starts today!
