It's been a while and last time I gave up but I am back and dedicated! I Lost 30+ pounds already this year and need to lose 40 more pounds, quit smoking, eat better, exercise more and improve my lifestyle. I am going to use sparkpeople as one of my tools, I am in physical therapy for my neck and back until end of month so hopefully my pain will ease so I can really exercise more effectively. Also have to quit drinking soda! New lifestyle starts today!
