So far this year, I am accomplishing my goals.
I am now no longer drinking soda or any other drink that has sugar in it. Right now, it is just water and decaffeinated unsweet tea.
What happened to 2008?! Where did it go?!
So much has changed in this one year!
Well, guess what!?
More things are going to change this year in 2009!
☺ Day 5 video was great!! Although I was not able to straighten my legs as much as Coach Nicole. But hey! that's me, and I still did it!! Yeah!!
Off to do some other small exercises.
