Day 18 Wednesday, not too bad except from the fact that I didn't not want to wake up. On a good note I did exercise for 60 minutes and immediately felt much better. Now Day 19, I woke up at 5:30 hooray! Started on the right foot. When I start my day early I accomplish so much more .....lol, I'm quoting Arnold Schwarzenegger teehee. Anyway, searching for the kingdom first truly puts everything else in place, including keeping my daily goal of a minimum of 8-8oz. of water.

Oh happy day! I was up at 4:30 and really tried to sabotage myself by going back to bed, and....no dice, I was awake. I loved it. Went downstairs got reacquainted with my Forever Friend. I don't understand why I don't do this everyday. Anyway, by 5:30 I thought I'd crawl back to bed and I really slept some more. Will exercise tonight. BTW I'm training for a 10k Thanksgiving Day run. So I need to get myself in gear. At least I'm back on the wagon, in the back mind you, but on the wagon nevertheless.

Being constant is key, however going to bed early is right up there as well. No matter how good your intentions are, if you are tired....you are tired. So as you are aware by now, I didn't get up early today. But I wanted to jot it down on my daily blog to keep me honest. I will get back on that wagon.....hey!! Hey, stop the wagon, I'm coming! wait for meeeeeeeeee......

OOOOOOhhh completely off the wagon. I have eaten like it's going out of style and also have not exercised and to top it off, I just gave advice to someone, that constancy is the key (ironic huh?). I will start Monday again!!!

Perseverance. That's the key Nope didn't get up at 4:30, kept hitting the snooze button till it was almost 7:00. Not sure why because I went to bed quite early 9:30 but tossed till after ten, blah, blah, blah. Anyway, dragging this morning. Need a healthy kick in the shorts to get going today.
