Progress

I plan on weighing myself on the 15th to check my progress. I found that I obsess if I weigh myself daily. I figure the most important part of losing weight is creating the routines... so, once I have created the habits then I can tweek them if I need to get better results.. but if I worry about the results while I worry about doing the right thing... then I have worried myself into "stress eating" not a place I want to go. So, one day at a time and change will come!!

    Good luck with your progress. It's not all about the numbers on the scales, it's also about inch loss, feeling fitter etc. so don't stress to much.

Day 11

Hello, it is day 11 and I am still moving along. Due to my knee I have not done the ellipital. I have done our daily walks, I have been eating healthy and drinking my water. I guess I may have to go to the doctors about my knee. I hesistate because the last time I went the doctor who weighed all of 100 lbs told me "it was because of my weight and if I lose weight it would get better" So, that does not make me want to go back just hear the same thing. I want to lose the weight and see if it gets better. I am particularly tired today.... I want a nap!! I need my energy to build up before i get home so I can enjoy our walk. The best part about my walks is my neighbor's kids come over and say "Miss Loraine are we going for our walk" then my 3 an 6 yr old come flying around the corner screaming YES!! so... there is no way around the walk.. I will just have to press through it

Day 7

Day 7, I declare my weekend days are the hardest. I just do not have the same structure in my schedule and it hurts me. Back to the grind on Monday!! I think last week was so draining I just needed today to relax.

    The weeked is difficult for me too. My liquid diet was modified a little bit today because I just needed something thick or something to chew on. Hang in there though.

Day 6 and all is well. Yesterday I was too busy to blog. I did not get to do my elliptical either but I did glad I needed a break. Right now I am relaxing.

Day 4... still on the move praise God! I have been having really good days. It feels like I know I have to do this so my challenges are minimal. Up this morning at 5:20am, exercised, showered, walked Leah to the bus stop, packed a healthy breakfast, lunch and snacks and got to work on time!! My knee is a little sore but I still did the eliptical and walked up that HUGE hill so I am not complaining. Last night took the girls for our nightly walk, got them their bathes and in the bed. Then, hubby and i had a very nice evening. and I slept like a baby. I have also noticed since my change in eating I have had less digestive issues!! win win!!

GOD IS GOOD!!! If you want to accomplish something and you pray about it and have faith during the waiting period you will be blessed!! I know I am not going wake up and be a size 10... what I do know that as long as God blesses me with the strength and I have the desire to work at my weight loss and getting in shape I will reach my goal!

    Great blog! I think it feels awesome to get a workout done in the morning, then you've got the whole day ahead of you for anything that comes your way. Reading your blog has inspired me to get out of bed and get moving, (I was being a lot lazy this morning). Strength and desire are great motivators, good luck on your journey and Happy October!
