Wow, did not think the weekend could any worse, WRONG

So, I had to take the daughter in to get a splint for a broken thumb. Looks like the splint will not work, her hand are too small. Still can't figure out hew she broke it during her seizure. I have it wrapped and it should make it until we see her doctor on Tuesday. She may be coming home with a plaster cast on.

So tired from all of Friday nights fun. Hubby decided he needed to go to work on 3 hours of sleep. Should have pulled with wife veto card and told him NO. When he does not get enough sleep and has some alcohol, (had some wine last night) bad thing happened. He had a seizure at 4 am this morning too. My house is full of guppies. So this has officially become a sucky weekend.

So tired this morning that I did not get really moving till about noon and just had breakfast at 1 pm.

The only brightside is that when I finally got around to weighing myself I had lost about 2 pounds.

So need a vacation or at least some nice weather to go for a really long bike ride.

Next week has got to be better.

So, last night we spent 3 hours in the ER with the 12 year old. She has Angelman's and has seizures. Usually the meds prevent these but sometimes, one sneaks through. Well this one was really long 15+ minutes (not good) so she took a ride to the ER in an ambulance and that is where we stayed till 1 am. When we got there we noticed that her hand was really bruised and swollen and did not leave the house that way. Dr. just called and after reviewing the x-rays she broke her hand. How she did that, I don't know but now I have to take her back in to get a splint on it. That ought to be fun.

Bright side, I got some good sleep on Thursday and had a great great workout with the trainer and now I am feeling it. Cardio the past two days was a bit rough.

Tried to drop the calories and increase the deficit but no change from last week. I just do not know what to do. THS thyroid test came back normal (2.7) so it's not that.

I did take measurements today so we will see how those look in a month.

Next week it going to be all messed up. Daughter has a Dr. appt on Tuesday now that I need to be at, so training needs to get moved to Monday. Going to a comedy club on Wednesday for hubbies B-day, training on Thursday and I really need to get some physical therapy for the foot and arm that might need to be Friday.

Oh, can't wait till my July vacation. It's can't come soon enough.

Less then 5 hours a sleep is not enough to have a great training session with the personal trainer. I SUCKED!!! I was so disappointed in myself. Have another session on Thursday so some advil pm will be my dessert Wednesday noght (and tonight).

Someone has been calling our house the past 2 nights at 1:30 am then at 3 am this morning. Don't know who it is but the phone is getting unplugged tonight.

Meals are ready for the next day, clothes are out and I am not planning on a 1 hour workout in the morning.

3 weeks and a 2 pound gain

So, the past three weeks have basically sucked on the scale. This morning showed a two pound gain from last week which is up 1 pound from two weeks ago. We also had our weigh in at work for our Biggest Loser contest and at least that did not show a gain (a bunch of others did though). I just do not get it. I have an average of a 1000 calorie deficit each day, do cardio 6 days a week, hard training sessions with a trainer 2X a week and a Jillian workout on the weekend and what do I have to show for it nothing. The pants are not even fitting better. It is getting so frustrating.

The bright side is that I finally got ahold of the main trainer at the gym and sent her all of my info from my BMF. She said that she will forward it on to my main trainer and he will work with me on it. In the mean time I am going to try and eat less and move more until a trainer tells me different.

I tried to look for a tape measure but I could not find it yet. That is going to be my goal this week. Find a tape measure and actually take them. Oh, and to try and sleep more.

Oh well, tomorrow is another day and a trainer day at that. I get the young, young, young enough to be my son trainer David tomorrow. See what he puts us through.
