until the 10K. I've been reading Nancy Clark's nutrition book, hoping to get some insight on additional energy I desperately need. I haven't been sleeping nights..... and I have terrible leg cramps. Gotta stay on it!

    Those leg cramps sound like they are getting serious. It might be wise to have them checked out, especially before the big day? Just a thought of an undetermined value spawned from friendly concern.

is happening! I am sore, with muscle cramps at night. I've started a regimen on February 12 adding Fish Oil (anti-inflammatory) and Calcium, Mag and Zinc supplements. Seems to be helping.

It's getting easier

to complete 3.7 miles trail + stretching ~ I feel great ~ so much energy despite only 3 and half hours sleep .

I started taking Calcium, Magnesium and Zinc with Vitamin D. I have also included Fish Oil with Omega-3.

Leg cramps (or Restless Leg Syndrome) have been interrupting my sleep. Some nights, I barely get in 3 hours.... and I'm a normal, regular 9-hour kinda girl!

    I am sorry to hear your sleep is a challenge. Good for you for keeping up with the fitness plan! I track magnesium and vitamin D too. I can get faint murmurings of RLS sometimes. What I usually get are those big solitary jerks just after falling asleep that make me think there's an earthquake until I wake up and realize -- wait a minute, there are no earthquakes in Florida, duh!

are just better than others. Yesterday was mediocre, but that was yesterday! TODAY is another opportunity to SHINE!

Breathing in, I calm my body.

Jogged / walked the trail - 3.7 miles. Stopped 1/2 way for stretching +
low-impact aerobics. 60-minute workout. I feel SUPER!

I repeated yesterday's 50-minute walk-jog, incorporating a few short sprints + 33-minute WATP Kick-Box dvd ~ Need new athletic shoes!!
