I'm on a roll..... This morning I cracked open a new Leslie Sansone dvd (Super Challenge - 4 miles) and stayed with the group for 59 of the 133- minute workout. I then walked 1/3 of mile to cool down and drink 32 ozs of water. I bought 2 new dvds last night on Amazon - another Leslie Sansone and one from Jilliann from Biggest Loser. You go, girl!
