when I workout....why don't I exercise everyday?
I took yesterday off - YIKES! After eating bad today for lunch, I feel bloated, gassy and tired! Only did half my walk....
Power walked 43 minutes, and four (only 4 !) minutes of the Jump Start video. Couldn't do the hopping.... (yet)
I power walked 40 minutes, did the 10-minute cardio and the 3-minute lower body stretch videos. After a week off, I feel great! Off to shower!
The Day 1 bootcamp video was definitely easier second time around today. I was actually coordinated when performing the jack/punches! Also completed the trail + a block in 36 minutes! I feel great!
