I did a fast-walk (3.8) for 35 minutes + the day's video. I feel great!
I really like Coach Nicole's videos. They are challenging and short and sweet! Goal today is more water... no problem for me! I did 35 minutes of cardio. Good Girl!
Today I'm back on track, after a couple of slack days. Think I'll wait until Sunday to weigh-in.
