It's Wednesday and I don't feel like I've been maintaining the good habits I've been trying to follow. So, today I really, really need to track my food intake. I think I've been staying within my range but I'm not sure. Second, I need to drink that water. I have a 25 day streak going and it's been spotty for the last week.. Third, I need to get exercise in today. I have a 5 week streak of 90 minutes a month to maintain. I can meet that goal in I get back on track with exercise. Plus, it's good for me.
