Well, I pushed myself to exercise yesterday, because I still didn't feel like it, and then I managed to not do anything else the rest of the day.

I didn't make a lunch. Though I did buy fruit and a vegetable samosa when the time came. I didn't track anything yesterday so I'm not sure I stayed within my calorie range. There's a good chance that I did but I also did some mindless eating so I'm honestly not sure.

  


Day 36: Making Excuses

I'm making excuses again. Saturday I didn't exercise because my foot hurt. Sunday I didn't exercise because I wasn't feeling well. In reality I could've exercised through both of those problems but I chose not to. I've got to stop doing that.

    Hi, been there done that. I have found stuff that I find fun that doesn't seem like exercise. It doesn't seem so hard to do when it is fun. emoticon

Day 35: Week 5

I almost made it. Yesterday I didn't feel like doing anything, so I didn't. In the end I lost 2 lbs this week, which is 1 lbs short of the 3 I gained last week. I'll do better today.

I'm down. Mostly because my husband just doens't remember what I tell him. I had plans for the weekend. I had it all worked out and I'd told him. Today I was going to take the kids back to school shopping. But within an hour of me telling him that I was taking the kids shopping on Saturday he set up a play date with their grandmother. And then he has the nerve to tell me that I can take them in the morning (when I've got exercise planned - after I drive him to work and after breakfast). He doesn't ask what my plans were he just tells me to change them. He thinks that he's done me a great favour by giving me am hour and a half without the children. It's the third time this week that he's made assumptions about me and my time to my detriment. I'm sad about that.

I didn't log yesterday. I don't think I overate. Lunch was grazing on a vegetable tray the boss brought in for the staff but I didn't keep track of how many carrot stick I ate. Dinner was out with the husband. I ate until I was satified, and not overly stuffed. I did have a dessert but I didn't feel like I overindulged.

One of the girls at work is trying to convince me to go to the gym with her and another girl. I'm tempted, but I don't think I can commit to an evening thing. Working until 7:00 3 of 5 work days is tough. I'm just pooped by the end of the day. They do go on Wednesdays (my free early night) but I can't justify a gym membership for one night a week. Nice that she's offering though.
