I've been keeping my breakfast and lunch meals really small because my husband keeps "surprising" me with take-out. Last night it was pizza again. On the positive side - I ordered a decently healthy option: thin crust, multigrain, loads of veggies and chicken. On the negative - I ate two more pieces than I should have. But it's progress.
Tonight he's promised me that he'll make dinner, and have it on the table early enough that I can do my weight training for the middle of the week.
