I didn't get everything I wanted done yesterday but I came really close. I still ended up falling asleep on the couch before I got the last few things into my schedule. And I have one load of laundry to fold and put away. And the ironing. I came close though.

    Hey, focus on the positives! You got a lot done. Granted it wasn't everything you wanted to get done, but it was better than nothing. Just make sure you finish it up today then you can cross it off of your list!

Day 21: Week 3

I admit. I'm a little disappointed. At least I didn't gain. I didn't have the best week for food choices and it showed by not changing the scale. This week I really have to work on tracking again to see where I'm going wrong. My exercise schedule is fine, could become a little more intense and I can add a day or two somewhere but I'm focusing on food this week.

I'm nervous about stepping on the scale tomorrow. The beginning of the week I was doing quite well with managing food choices and getting exercise and then trailed off near the end of the week. I don't want another gain so early in the program as it completely shoots down any small amount of confidence I have. I need to see number results or I have a hard time continuing. It makes me feel like I have to be perfect to accomplish anything and I know noone is perfect.

I have to get a bit better at it. I wanted to do my workout before going to work and I just managed to fit it in before I had to go (including getting a shower). It didn't leave time for me to make my lunch. Today I'm attempting to do the same thing. I don't want to have to rush.

I kind of gave up a little last night. We had a late dinner and I had full intentions of doing a strength training session and then I just didn't. My husband went to Starbucks and I asked if I wanted anything and I not only got the full fat version I had a treat as well. I feel like I have to be extra vigilant today because we're planning on pizza for dinner tonight.
