I knew it was the wrong move when I did it, but I did it anyway. My day had been going well, I did make my water goal but I totally flubbed my calorie goal with my evening snack. I'll do better today. For one I won't but a big bag of chips on my way out of work.

So, yesterday was sort of a wasted day but it's still early in the week and I can turn it around. I probably won't get in any exercise today but I can make better food choices to get ready for the rest of the week.

I skipped yesterday, I was just bummed because I knew I was having a bad week. I just couldn't get into the exercise and I knew I wasn't making the food choices that I should have been. But it's a new week.

Ugh! This week is not working. I keep trying and then I lose the will and I don't do what I'm planning. I've been eating more calories than planned all week, and now I find out we're going out to dinner tonight. I should exercise but I find out I've got to get my husband to an early morning meeting so my scedule is off. I'm thinking I might just do my best for the next couple of days and start with fresh intent on Sunday. I'd say Saturday but, once again, I'm still working out how to best get everything done with the time I've been given. If I spend the day cleaning the house it'll be like I got exercise but I get a clean house out of it too.

If at first you don't succeed, try, try again.

It seems to be my motto lately. I'm doing OK during the day. It's just after I get home from work, which can be busy and stressful and I just want to veg.

Yesterday I was confronted with mistakes from the day before that I had to fix before moving on. And even a mistake from a month before where, if I was wrong, I'd helped give someone too much Pradax for a month. Or, if I was right because Pradax is usually given twice a day, I'd not charged him the right amount of money and Pradax is a little expensive for us to take the hit. We checked and with his last doctor he had been taking it twice a day so we can't figure out why no one checked when he came in with a new prescription that was just once a day. And then someone added confusing directions (one a day in the morning and at supper). I hope the doctor gets back to us today so I can rest easier.
