At some point yesterday I made the decision to just give up. I'm not sure when that was. I think it was around lunch time and I chose not to track my meal, followed by a hectic afternoon and the craving for something crunchy that I gave in to. On the positive side, my crunchy snack was baked rice crisps (so moderately healthier than potato chips). On the negative I ate more that a serving or two.
But... today is a new day and I can start fresh.
I have a challenge for tomorrow. My husband signed my boys up for skating right in the middle of when I'd do my exercising. I'll have to learn how to use my PVR for two reasons today. One, to keep them off my back while I take over the TV and two, because there's a show on tonight that I'd miss because it starts when I get off work.
