I am on a weight loss plateau. I have been @ my current weight for a while and it doesn't budge. So I guess , I will try to fit more exercise in. My goals for this month:
1. Will do more cardio exercises
2. Will loose 4 lbs
3. Have more protein in my diet
Some days it is just hard to get motivated, but once I start moving , I am good to go. But now I am training for a 5k walk, and after I master that , i will work on starting a running program. My oldest son is excited about it, he wants me to run with him in a marathon. He ran in a Mud Run yesterday. It looked like a lot of fun.
Nice quiet Sunday morning, husband and children in church. Got some me time. Worked out on Wii fit plus and 10 solution. Feeling pretty good.
Bought a new bathing suit yesterday...2 sizes smaller than the old old. It is getting kinda fun to shop for smaller clothes. And eating right seems to be our way of life. My 14 year old son lost about 10 lbs and my husband 21. My husbands bloodsugars are under control for the first time in a long time. My family knows that we won't buy any junk food and too many processed foods. They actually like it, now that I buy a lot of fruits and vegetables, and the kids are not asking for soda , candy or cookies all time. Once in a while we have a little candy, but not in the quantities that we used to.
So all in all we are doing good, going to the pool several times a week to swim and walk. Now I would like to get us all bikes, so we can hit all these nice trails around here. But everything in due time.
