Just wanted to share these with you, they are very motivational and keep me going. I have been working a lot lately, but it paid off. They gave me a full time position on day shift, so now I work every Friday, Saturday , Sunday and Monday. At least no more swing and night shifts. But I love my job and all my little residents in Nursing Home.
Sorry , that I haven't been able to keep up with all of you. I will try to do better this month.

I have so busy lately and haven't been able to keep up with all my Spark friends.I am really going to make an effort to at least read blogs for an hour every day.
All I have been doing is work, work and more work. But I am building my workouts into my work. My co-workers think I am crazy, because I park my med cart at the nurses station and walk back and forward to all my patients rooms. But I walk about 3 miles every day that I work, sometimes even a little more.
I have been loosing and gaining the same 2 lbs for a month now, so I guess I will have to increase my exercise and eat better(had some pizza and Chinese food).
Now it's getting a little cooler here in Florida, I will able to walk outside more often. My husband told me we could walk together in the mornings when he and I are not working and in the evenings when we are working. I hope I will break this plateau that.
