Off Track

This Summer has gotten me so off track-My work changes leaving me no time for tracking fitness or nutrition. I work 10 hour days then come home and enjoy outside.Every day I do water jogging for 30 minutes and then exercise in the water for 30 more plus just swim and enjoy. I have lost no weight. I have met a goal-I can now wear size 14 jeans.
Why is it I no longer get the emails from Sparkpeople that use to come daily? Did something change??

  Check your e-mail settings, sometimes a computer glitch can cancel your selections. Sounds to me like your doing well with exercise

Swimming Weather

I'm so happy that Summer has arrived! I love swimming and I have a back yard above ground pool.I go out and jog around it for 30 minutes.{ inside in the water :) }I also do squats,sit-ups using a noodle,and swim. My scale has been on the same 3 numbers for months now and I still want to lose 30 more pounds. I'm pleased not to gain but wonder why I stopped losing.Summer is great for walking also because lots more daylight time.I LOVE SUMMER!!
